Seems like since we were kids all we’ve ever needed to do was create things...
It starts as energy flowing directly from imagination to the world based on whatever inputs surround & inspire
But it evolves over time…
So long as you give no man the pleasure of dousing the flame that is your God given creativity, we find every excuse to create something merely from the design of our mind even under the pressure of all the systems and structures.
What was a tent made from sticks and leafs that could certainly protect us from the monsters across the street or vibrations in the dry wall as you try and figure out which part of the wall sounds cooler turned into reality bending visuals, musics that fill speakers around the world with new emotions, technologies designed to amplify and unlock creation and ground breaking inventions...
Neither is greater than the other. Both just are...
But really all it is and ever needed to be was piles of sticks. But a need to make our creation fit to make us fit drives our creations to heights unimaginable by the kids inside of all of us.

wrote after understanding the lengths we go to in order to let our childish creativity live on. I.e. learning how to make it fit into box’s that pay the bills to convince a society that’s money hungry to let us keep creating. Creativity is creativity. Not “entrepreneurship” not “scaling” not “a degree in the fine arts” those are all just box’s we stuff it into on our life long mission not to let that part of us die a miserable death. But the interesting thing I found while farming for shooting stars at the edge of the farm was that pressure created by the world around me has forced me to reach new heights w what I bring from mind to reality… while I think I’d be okay w/ creating forts and sling shots forever (some of my favorite creations) I can’t say the pressures have been all bad. I just strive to continue to have a healthier relationship with the pressure as sometimes I resent it's uninvited presence.
